Pepper’s Unlimited Lifetime Warranty

Pepper’s Performance Eyeware offers our customers an Unlimited Lifetime Warranty on our Pepper’s Sunglass Collection.

All Pepper’s warranties will be processed directly with Pepper’s Warranty Department @ 1-800-998-4786. Retailers are not responsible for providing service under this warranty offer.

1st Year Warranty:

During the first year of ownership any and all scratches, dents, or product defects will be replaced FREE of charge. A copy of your sales receipt is necessary to prove the date of purchase during this free replacement period.

Pepper’s 2nd Year and Beyond Warranty:

After the first year there will be a $20.00 processing fee to cover shipping and handling. A copy of the receipt is not necessary after the first year. Pepper’s 2nd year warranty does not include scratched lenses, or damage resulting from mishandling or improper use of the product.

To Send Your Warranty to Peppers:

Enclose the damaged merchandise, your name and address, and either a daytime phone number or email address in case we have any questions. If during the 1st year send a copy of your sales receipt for the free replacement. After the 1st year a receipt is not necessary but you must send your $20.00 processing fee. Failure to follow these instructions will delay your claim.
